50 cent losing weight for a movie?

I think he should not have signed up for this role with a movie in the first place. It is affecting the way fans feel about him. It's like 50 has some kinda illness or something. I've heard about people talking about it but not until I saw the picture did I realize how real this was.
50 cent has been on a diet to lose weight for a couple of months now for his role as in a new movie called "Things fall apart".
In my Opinion, "Things" have really fallen apart cos 50 is falling apart. It's OK to lose weight as an actor but isn't he losing too much weight for a rapstar? Will he be able to return to his former shape after this.
I really miss the 50 cent I have been seeing in musical videos like In da club, Wankstar and Baby by me. One thing I would like to know is what diet he's on. is he on Atkins diet or something?

It's just for a while. He's got a movie to shoot. Still a fan!
